SUBJECT : Proclamation 575 DECLARING SEPT. 13, 2019 AS A SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CORDILLERAS
Proclamation 575 was issued to commemorate the 1986 peace talks (“SIPAT”) between the government and the Cordillera Peoples Liberation Army(CPLA). It was deemed fitting and proper that the people of Cordillera be given the full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with proper ceremonies. Relative to this, the OFFICE will be CLOSED on SEPTEMBER 13, 2019.

WHEN: MARCH 2, 2019 AT 8:00 O’CLOCK AM TO 12:00 NOON
WHERE: BENGUET STATE UNIVERSITY ENCLOSED and OPEN GYMNASIUM, BSU COMPOUND, LA TRINIDAD BENGUET
NOTE: Your attendance to the said General Assembly Meeting will be highly appreciated. On that note, you shall receive a travel allowance from the Cooperative upon registration. Please understand, however, that there shall be no proxies or sending of representatives on your behalf to the GA meeting; Doing so shall forfeit your entitlement to a travel allowance and your opportunity to cast your vote during the election of officers. Please bring your Coop ID or any valid ID for identification.
REGISTRATION AND CASTING OF VOTES WILL START AT 7:00 AM AND ENDS AT 10:00 AM.

The schedule of BSUCMPC PMES are as follows, please be guided accordingly:
BSUCMPC Main Office – BSU Compound, Balili Rd, Km 5, La Trinidad, Benguet
- When: Every second and fourth Saturday of the month at 8 AM – 12 PM
- Where: BSU Elementary Canteen, KM 5, LTB
- Php 100 Registration Fee
- Registration Cut-off is 9 AM
BSUCMPC – Baguio Satellite Office
- When: Every Friday 8 AM – 10 AM
- Where: Ground Floor BSUCMPC Bldg, Bonifacio Street (in front of SLU Main Gate)
BSUCMPC – Buguias Satellite Office
- Every second Friday of the month
Note: To all Incoming Regular Members, PMES Certificates will be honored regardless of the office where you attended the seminar.
